This non-consolidated urban land area is currently in the process of establishment of the Compensation Board, approval of the Infrastructures Development Proyect as well as the Land Subdivision Project, according to the PGOU and is located south of the highway and the Shopping Centre "La Cañada”. Grupo Corporacion, through the company Muros de las Espoletas, S.L. owns 7,499.77 square meters of floor area. It has not been fixed yet when the Compensation Board will be constitute, as well as the handling of those Infrastructure and Subdivision Projects.

At present the information about the General Urban Plan contemplates a building coefficient of 0.1847 square meters of roof / square meter of floor area with a total area 71.189m2, which applied to the total floor area owned by Grupo Corporacion (7,499.77 square meters of floor area) correspond 1,385.21 square meters of roof/square meters of floor area for residential use.

The development costs amount to € 250 per square meters of roof/square meters of floor area.
