Area Land classified by the General Plan of Marbella as Building Land Zoned located south of the highway and shopping center "La Cañada".
The processing of the Partial Urban Plan is currently in the process of initial approval by the City promoted by the company Sierra Blanca Properties, S.L., majority owner of the land covered by that Sector Plan, and where the Group Corporation, through the company Muros de las Espoletas, S.L., owns 2,798.94 square meters of floor area.
At present the information about the General Urban Plan contemplates a building coefficient of 0.225 square meters of roof / square meter of floor area with a total area of 62,904.96 m, which applied to the total floor area owned by Grupo Corporacion (2,798.94 square meters of floor area) correspond 629.76 square meters of roof/square meters of floor area for residential / tourist use.
The construction costs of the building area assigned to Grupo Corporación are estimated at around € 800 -900 per square meters of roof/square meters of floor area including technical fees and costs of legal character.
